Chemists

Chemists (Cranbury, NJ)- Conduct formulation/preformulation and process development for pharmaceutical drug products of various dosage forms, including tablet, capsule, solution, and suspension using Stability studies,  Product development trials, Scale-up; Perform experiments using Pilot scale R&D equipment including Encapsulator, Fluidbed processor, Rotary tablet press, Tablet coater, solution mixing tank, Extruder/Spheronizer; Develop protocol, record results, and generate reports in accordance with cGMP/GLP and FDA regulations; Develop and implement quality control SOP’s for solid and liquid dosage forms in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations; Analyze and investigate chemical issues arising out of development and production of drugs.

Must have Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Science plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Formulation Research Associate or Formulation Scientist. Require skills and knowledge in Preformulation/Formulation, Stability studies, Product development trials, Scale-up, cGMP/GLP, SOP’s for solid and liquid dosage forms.

Accountant

Accountant (Cranbury, NJ) – Analyze and compile management financial reporting and statements for
company and international headquarter; Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures,
business controls, and system improvements in compliance with GAAP (ASC-606) guidelines and IFRS;
Review and conduct consolidation of worldwide entities’ financials and report financial results to
management using Advanced Excel (Pivot table, V-lookup, Sum-if, What-if Analysis); Conduct accounting
review and budgeting of financials from the company’s operations, applying knowledge of foreign
currency exchange accounting rules; Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and planning, monthly and
quarterly actual-to-forecast analysis using COGS Analysis, SQL-Database, variance / trend analysis,
statistical modeling; Coordinate with outside auditors to prepare for external and regulatory audits.

The candidate will be managing daily production operation for oral solid and liquid dosage forms. The qualifications include a minimum BS degree in Science, Engineering, Mechanics or Pharmaceutics related field with 10-15 years of manufacturing experiences in pharmaceutical industry. Qualifications include:

  • Proper planning, execution and scheduling for various production activities.
  • Assign and ensure the on time completion of planned production activities.
  • Manage the manufacturing workers to ensure cGMP compliance.
  • Familiar with and capable of operation and trouble-shooting for manufacturing equipment.
  • Experienced with granulation, milling, blending, drying, compression, tablet coating, particle coating, encapsulation, and liquid mixing for pharmaceutical oral and liquid dosage forms.
  • Excellent work ethics and attitudes.
  • Flexibility in work hour arrangement as requested.
  • Must be a team player.

  • A Ph.D degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related field with at least 3 years of analytical research and development experiences or a BS/MS degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related field with at least 5 years of analytical research and development experiences
  • Excellent work attitude/ethics
    Good time management skill, flexibility, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Sound knowledge and experience in method development and validation
  • Hands-on experiences in USP Dissolution, UPLC, GC, UV, FTIR and other laboratory instruments
  • Ability to follow Good Laboratory Practice for notebook recording, protocol design and report writing

PHARMACEUTICAL OPERATOR

The candidate will be working with formulations in oral solid and liquid dosage forms. The qualifications include a minimum Associate degree in Science, Engineering, Mechanics, or Pharmaceutics related field with 3-10 years of pharmaceutical industry experiences. Qualifications include:

  • Work under production supervisor in manufacturing environments
  • Work under the guidance of formulator to operate the equipment
  • Capable of summarizing and reporting experimental results
  • Can independently operate the R&D as well as production equipment
  • Familiar with equipment used for oral solid an liquid dosage forms
  • Need to set up, operate and clean the equipment
  • Experienced with granulation, milling, blending, drying, tableting, tablet coating, particle coating, encapsulation, and liquid mixing
  • Ability to lift 50 lb as needed
    Familiar and can follow cGMP regulations
  • Excellent work ethics and attitudes
  • Flexibility in work hour arrangement as requested
  • Must be a team player
