Bio-availability Enhancement Sizing Technology

  • Proprietary milling technology helps achieve nano-sized particles with narrow particle size distribution through a highly efficient vertical wet milling process with shorter processing time.
  • Efficient process with temperature control throughout the process making it very conducive for thermolabile compounds. Through particle size reduction for sparely soluble compounds, enhanced GI absorption can be achieved which results in increased bioavailability. It is a scalable process suitable for solid and liquid dosage forms.

    Gradient Release Enabling Advanced Technology

    • Tulex’s proprietary coating technology helps achieve a desirable programmed drug concentration gradient in a film matrix. It enables the amount of drug release at a predetermined time, which is especially critical for Chrono therapeutic (zero order, pulsatile delivery, etc.) applications.
    • The technology allows for coating on multi-particulates which can be encapsulated or compressed into a tablet. It is a robust and scalable process to achieve targeted drug release profile.

    • Tulex’s proprietary loading technology helps achieve high dense drug loaded particles either by incorporating the drug on the core spheres and/or layering onto inert spheres through high impact process.

    • It is a robust scalable process with shorter processing times ideal for formulating high dose drug products.
